There is only one general-purpose email list: announce@vtsna.org. You have to subscribe to it before you can post messages to the list.

If you have any questions/concerns about the email lists or this site in general, send an email to sysadmin@vtsna.org.
Please understand that the email list and the contact database provided by vtsna.org are NOT integrated--so you have to explicitly subscribe to the email list in order to be on the list.
In other words, even if you register with vtsna.org and update your contact information in the contact database, you are not on the email list until you subscribe to it.
